HDFC Life InstaLife sales app is designed for distributors to sell insurance on the go. It is first of its kind, quick and paperless life insurance sales App which enables distributors to provide a unique customer experience with its shorter sales journey. It is more useful for Distributors, Agents, Financial Consultants, Corporate Consultants and Partners to provide the better customer experience. Debut Infotech has partnered with IT management team of HDFC life to develop this app on Android platform.

As on November 30th, 2016, the Company has 29 individual and 10 group products in its portfolio, along with 8 optional rider benefits catering to a diverse range of customer needs.

    It guides their users step by step to upload their documents and help them to store it on cloud. It makes filing and storing the documents easy for distributors and their clients.
  • Digital Signature verification
    Mobile app allows applicant to submit their undertaking through their digital signature on the app itself. It also allows call verification to be done by the sales person instantaneously without any dependency on the traditional call center model.
  • Track your application
    It enables you to track the applications submitted from Instalife across all TEBT platforms and allows you to login new business offline at any point of stage.
  • Unique customer experience
    New limited underwriting products along with existing cancer care allow distributors to provide a unique customer experience with its shorter sales journey. Applicants can collect submitted application forms and documents in one place and can use it as per their convenience.
